• Orders are processed the next day that they are received.
  • If you would like to cancel your order or change details such as the address, it MUST be done the same day the order was made.
  • If it is the following day, unfortunately we can not guarantee can be changed or cancelled as your order will have been processed.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Order processed does not mean it was shipped. It means that our system notified the manufacturer to package the product and send to the postal service to be shipped out.


We take about 3-4 business days to ship your order. Then you should add shipping times on top of that..

Shipping Times

  • Shipping takes 1-5 weeks depending on where are you in the World. Europe delivery takes around 15- 20 business days. Please note that this is the estimation only and we do not guarantee delivery dates. Some locations (Latin America, Africa, Middle East) could take longer to deliver.
  • Delays may also occur as a result of International Customs Inspections. Your country’s Customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. The recipient takes full responsibility for your local Government’s and postal regulations regarding Import and Customs, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
  • Most orders will be delivered by your local post service as regular registered mail, (USPS for the United States, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom). If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your package should be collected.



  • We are not responsible for delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses if they were submitted incorrectly by the customer, or changes of address after the order was placed.
  • We always do our best to accommodate corrections, but you may need to pay for additional shipping and handling if your order has to be shipped more than once.


  • Our return policy is 30 days from date of receipt. Any qualifying order can request a refund within 30 days for any reason.
  • The following items do not qualify for returns or refunds:
    – Items missing original packaging and or tags
    – Items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error when ordering
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We make every effort to ship your items together. However, there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments.  Common reasons for dividing an order are:

  • Item availability.
  • Shipping from different fulfillment centers.
  • Shipping direct from the vendor.
  • Please note: when we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee. Our shipping is FREE of charge.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Visit https://www.brilmar.com/track-your-order-2/ to track your order.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system once you receive an email with the tracking number.
